Is Microsoft the only company who makes an IDE for VB6?

Is Honda (for example) the only car manufacture who makes an Honda?

VisualBasic 6 is from Microsoft, but you can "tune" it (like a car)
with add-on's etc. Or you can use an other Basic with another IDE.
