VS 2005 add-in not being displayed

I received an add-in from a vendor and it does not display in the VS2005
add-in window. The add-in exists in the directories shown in the options
setup however it does not diplay in the GUI. Any suggestions on how to debug
why the add-in does not display?

This is a VB6 group, you need a group with 'dotnet' in the
name.
