How to Get Computer Name Where File Is Open

Hello All,

I was wondering if it is possible to obtain the computer name of a machine
where a file is open?

For example, say you try to programmatically open a file and are unable to
because another user has the file open. Is it possible to obtain the
machine name where this file is currently open?
